Review on Coogi 3Action Flowertox. Coverage is lower than Coogi 3D Smartshade. Oil control is as good. But by coverage is not as high. Its also slightly darker and yellow tone than 3D smartshade. So this will suit NC30 to Nc35. Coogi 3D Smart Shade will suit NC20 to NC30
